Fulbright Binational Educational Foundations and Commissions are non-profit organizations established to oversee Fulbright programs addressing the educational needs and resources of both the host country and the United States. Commission Boards consist of equal numbers of distinguished American and citizens of the host country, representing public and private sectors.
