The Latest RFP Has been Published!

The 1999 NIS Training Programs RFP E/PN-00-09 is now available. These programs promote exchanges and training activities involving Russia, Belarus, Moldova, Ukraine, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan and Uzbekistan. The central themes of these programs are

  • Women's Leadership
  • Women's Political Leadership
  • Professional and Business Associations
  • Content-based Internet Training
  • Post-election Training for Duma Staffers
  • Prevention of Trafficking in Women and Girls
  • Distance Learning in Business Management
  • Public Library Reform
  • Caucasus Regional Cooperation

Deadlines for submissions is 5:00 pm on December 22, 1999. For more information on receiving a copy of the RFP and submitting a proposal please refer to the Proposal Guide.
