Bill Donohue , Executive Director, Jekyll Island Authority
Bill Donohue is the Executive Director of the Jekyll Island Authority. The Jekyll Island Authority is responsible for the management and preservation of Jekyll Island.
Prior to coming to Jekyll in 1997, Bill worked for the GA. Dept of Natural Resources for 9 years. While with DNR, Bill worked with the state park lodges, developed the Brasstown Valley Resort in Young Harris and several privatization initiatives. He worked in the hotel business in Atlanta prior to joining DNR.
Graduate of The Hotel School at Cornell University . Participated in the Leadership Georgia Class of 2000. Bill and his wife, Terrilynn, live in Brunswick with their 4 children.
