OFFICE OF IMFORMATION MANAGEMENT
PRESS RELEASE
The Deputy Assistant Secretary of State for Information Management and
the Assistant Archivist for the National Archives announce that during
the second quarter of 1995 some 512.49 cubic feet, or approximately
1,281,000 pages, of Department of State records have been reviewed for
declassification and are either accessioned, or are in the process of
accessioning, by the National Archives. These records which, except for
a small portion which are in the process of being transferred for
accessioning and release to the general public, are physically located
at the Archives II facility at College Park, Maryland, and are listed in
the following attachment.
