Kashmir: Reward Offer
Dr. Donald Hutchings, a respected American medical professional, was
abducted by unknown persons on July 4, 1995, while trekking with his
wife in the hill country of Kashmir.
It has been more than 10 months since we have received any information
on Dr. Hutchings or Keith Mangan, Paul Wells, and Dirk Hasert (citizens
of the U.K. and Germany) who are believed to be with Dr. Hutchings.
Dr. Hutchings' family, friends, and the U.S. Government are urgently
seeking verifiable information on Dr. Hutchings' whereabouts and
condition.
We are requesting that people who have such information come forward now
to help us locate Dr. Hutchings. Those who do provide information may
be eligible for a substantial reward and possible relocation under the
Counter-Terrorism Rewards Program.
