1 FORMER YUGOSLAVIA Q. Is the U.S. considering sending 400 additional troops to the former Yugoslavia as part of the UN presence there?
A. THE U.S. CURRENTLY HAS OVER 300 TROOPS IN UNPROFOR'S CONTINGENT IN THE FORMER YUGOSLAV REPUBLIC OF MACEDONIA (FYROM), WHICH MONITORS THE BORDER WITH SERBIA.
