1.  Former Yugoslavia -- Anti-Aircraft Artillery on Igman
Q:  Is it true that Bosnian Serbs have positioned anti-aircraft
weapons on Mount Igman?

A:  WE HAVE NO EVIDENCE OF ANTI-AIRCRAFT WEAPONRY ON MOUNT
IGMAN.


2.  Sanctions against Iraq:  Ship Searches
Q:  Are ships departing Aqaba or Eilat being inspected or
interdicted as part of the sanctions against Iraq?

A:  YES.  ALL CARGO SHIPS DEPARTING AQABA ARE SUBJECT TO
INSPECTION FOR ILLEGAL CARGO.  CARGO SHIPS DEPARTING EILAT ARE 
REQUIRED TO PROVIDE ADVANCE NOTIFICATION OF THEIR IDENTITY,
DEPARTURE, AND DESTINATION TO MULTINATIONAL INTERCEPTION FORCE
UNITS.

ANY VESSEL DISCOVERED WITH CONTRABAND CARGO IS SUBJECT TO
INTERDICTION IN ACCORDANCE WITH UNITED NATIONS RESOLUTIONS.
